What our clients typically require
- EN 4179 / NAS 410 certification, Level 2 minimum (Level 3 for lead roles)
- Qualification in the relevant methods — ET, UT, PT, MT, RT, thermography as applicable

- Current vision examination
- Fluent English; EU/UK work eligibility or willingness to relocate

Which NDT certification do aviation clients require?
Certification to EN 4179 / NAS 410, Level 2 as a minimum in the methods you work, with Level 3 required for lead and oversight roles. Certificates must be current under an employer's written practice.
Which NDT methods are most in demand?
Eddy current (ET) and ultrasonic (UT) lead the demand, followed by penetrant (PT) and magnetic particle (MT). Multi-method technicians are placed fastest.
Is a vision test required?
Yes — a current vision examination in line with EN 4179 / NAS 410 is mandatory and checked before project start.
Do my method recency requirements transfer between employers?
Certification is employer-specific under their NDT manual and written practice, but documented experience and current certificates make re-qualification with a new employer fast. We guide you through what each client requires.
