Aircraft Mechanic

Not every critical role carries a licence. Experienced aircraft mechanics keep checks on schedule — performing maintenance tasks, component changes and servicing under certifying staff supervision. Avianeer places mechanics on line and base maintenance projects across Europe, the UK and the Gulf region.

Typical roles we fill

• Base maintenance mechanics on A-, C- and D-checks
• Line maintenance support and transit checks
• Component removal and installation, rigging, servicing
• Engine and landing gear change teams
• Cabin maintenance and defect rectification support

What our clients typically require

• Completed technical training or apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance (or equivalent military background)
• Hands-on experience in a Part-145 environment
• Ability to work from AMM task cards and job instructions
• Tool discipline and documentation accuracy
• Fluent English; EU/UK work eligibility or willingness to relocate

Contract types

Project contracts (typically 3–12 months), temp-to-perm, and direct permanent placements. Rates depend on qualifications, experience and location — we’re transparent about this from the first call.
