- Solid experience in a Part-CAMO / Part-M environment
- Working knowledge of maintenance programmes, AD/SB management and reliability processes
- Experience with common M&E systems (AMOS, OASES, TRAX or similar)
- Part-66 licence or engineering degree a plus; ARS authorisation for review roles
- Fluent English; EU/UK work eligibility, remote options on selected records projects

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Part-66 licence for CAMO roles?
Not necessarily — many CAMO positions are open to candidates with an engineering degree or solid continuing-airworthiness experience. A Part-66 licence is a plus, and airworthiness review roles require an ARS authorisation.
Can CAMO work be done remotely?
Partially, yes — records projects, maintenance planning and reliability work are increasingly offered with remote or hybrid arrangements, while airworthiness reviews and audits still involve on-site presence.
Which software systems should I know?
AMOS, OASES and TRAX are the most requested M&E systems. Deep experience in one transfers well to the others, and we flag your system experience prominently to clients.
What are lease transition projects?
When aircraft change operator or lessor, records must be reviewed, gaps closed and the aircraft redelivered in a defined condition. These projects are intense, well-paid and constantly recurring — ideal for records and airworthiness specialists.
