Typical roles we fill

- Sealing and corrosion protection work
- Component and sub-assembly painting
- Decal and marking application
- Surface preparation and paint stripping teams
What our clients typically require
- Proven aircraft painting experience (exterior/structural)
- Strong surface preparation skills and knowledge of application standards
- Familiarity with modern basecoat/clearcoat systems
- Experience working from scaffolding and lift platforms
- Respiratory fit testing and required health surveillance up to date
- Fluent English; EU/UK work eligibility or willingness to relocate
Contract types
Project contracts (typically 3–12 months), temp-to-perm, and direct permanent placements. Rates depend on qualifications, experience and location — we’re transparent about this from the first call.
