Avianeer was founded with a simple observation: aviation engineering is a project business. Aircraft don’t wait, checks are scheduled, AOG situations happen overnight — and the people who keep aircraft flying move from project to project. Recruitment in this industry should work the same way: fast, technically fluent, and built on long-term relationships rather than one-off placements.

Who we are

Avianeer Ltd is a specialist aviation engineering recruiter based in the United Kingdom. Our team has spent years working in aviation staffing across Europe and the Middle East, building an established network of MROs, airlines, completion centres and OEM suppliers — and, just as importantly, a database of engineers we know personally and have placed successfully before.

What makes us different

We only do aviation. No IT, no logistics, no generalist staffing. Every recruiter at Avianeer works exclusively with aviation engineering roles and understands the difference between a B1.1 and a B1.3, between line and base, between a licence and a rating.
