Typical roles we fill
- Cabin refurbishment and reconfiguration programmes
- VIP and completion centre projects
- Seat and monument removal, installation and rigging
- IFE retrofit support and cabin connectivity installations
- Cabin maintenance on heavy checks
What our clients typically require
- Experience with cabin modifications in a Part-145 or completion environment
- Ability to work from EO and drawing packages
- EWIS and human factors training up to date
- Upholstery, trim or composite skills a plus
- Fluent English; EU/UK work eligibility or willingness to relocate
Contract types
Project contracts (typically 3–12 months), temp-to-perm, and direct permanent placements. Rates depend on qualifications, experience and location — we’re transparent about this from the first call.
